We systematically monitor our entire production process in order to maximize the efficiency and quality of your parts. We use Statistical Process Control throughout the manufacturing process to ensure the quality of each completed part. Our Quality Control Lab enables us to continuously seek to improve our manufacturing methods and processes. We have full inspection capabilities, and we are able to produce parts and conform to many quality standards, including military specification MIL-I-45208A. Additionally, we are ISO/QS 9000 certified.

| ENGINEERING |

With a state of the art Engineering Center and highly skilled staff HTI has the technical knowledge and expertise to help you solve the most complex manufacturing problems. We can take our customer from concept to finished product, including design and creation of blueprints, prototypes, pre-production runs, alternative manufacturing methods, and full production. Our Computervision Personal Designer/Personal Machinist CAD/CAM system enables us to program "off-line" and directly download files to the shop floor. We can receive files electronically or via disk and have the capability to translate files from other software utilizing IGES translating.
